Your Intown Atlanta Expert

Serving Intown Atlanta including Morningside, Ansley Park, Virginia Highland, Midtown, Buckhead, Druid Hills, Decatur, Emory, Candler Park and Lake Claire, just to name a few.

Atlanta is a thriving international city. We’ve grown quite a bit in the last twenty years, especially since the 1996 Olympics. It’s a culturally diverse area with a variety of neighborhoods. Finding the right home is just a small fraction of the expert advice I can provide. I’ll also be able to guide you through the entire buying or selling process, including complex inspections and negotiations.

Many home buyers these days prefer highly renovated older homes or brand new construction. They believe this will save on maintenance costs or repairs. Unfortunately, this isn’t always the case. All homes can be fraught with construction issues which is why you need a professional by your side. I’ve got an extensive track record selling homes in Atlanta and possess the knowledge you need to successfully purchase a home.

A number of home sellers think all you need to do to sell your home is place a sign in the yard. Think again! Selling a home is a complicated process involving proper marketing, technology, sales strategy and negotiating skills.

I can effectively help you through either side of the transaction with the tools and skills you need to succeed.

 Some neighborhood highlights include:

  • Virginia Highland, which has grown from a hippie hangout to one of the most desirable, sophisticated neighborhoods intown
  • Morningside boasts stately homes on large lots with easy access to shopping, restaurants and interstates
  • Midtown borders Piedmont Park and is one of the younger, more vibrant districts
  • The Emory Area is very diverse and houses students, professors, medical staff and CDC employees. Neighboring Druid Hills has some of the grandest homes Atlanta has to offer
  • Decatur still has that small town feel and the charming town square has unique shops and restaurants
  • Ansley Park is the gold standard of Intown Atlanta style. Walk to Piedmont Park, The High Museum, Woodruff Arts Center and much more.
  • Buckhead is the absolute definition of luxury.  Grand estates on large lots near some of the best shopping in Atlanta

Check out the Neighborhoods tab to learn more about many of the great neighborhoods Atlanta has to offer!
